Small Office - less than 10 PC's & 1 server.

This plan is based on an affordable, flat monthly fee that includes:

• unlimited phone support
• unlimited remote support
• weekly server monitoring
• annual IT planning meeting
• up to 5 hours onsite service
• reduced hourly rate for additional onsite service
• access to emergency off-hours pager

This plan is based on a scalable, per pc/server/site pricing model.  Let us customize the most cost effective solution to meet your unique needs.  Each plan includes:

• unlimited phone support
• unlimited remote support
• unlimited purchasing support
• unlimited vendor coordination
• weekly server monitoring
• annual IT planning meeting
• up to (1) onsite hour per pc (ie, 20 computers = 20 hours)
• additional onsite services - reduced rate or included
• access to emergency off-hours pager
